Chinese Cuisine
The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.
Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.

Food is great. General chicken is some of the best around. Large selection of items. Front desk staff and busser are friendly. However wait staff not so much.

Things have really changed here. It used to be a dump where you risked your health coming into the dive to even breathe. Not any more. Clean, organized, lots of choices, fresh, hot food. Yes, I know some people don't do buffets, but for those of us who do enjoy the adventure, this is a fun buffet. The food was delicious. Nice open spaces for group-dining.

Dont eat here. I was food poisoned. The food was lukewarm at best. I was there for about an hour and never saw them freshen anything on the bar. I was there just before the dinner rush so you'd expect them to be filling up the bar. The atmosphere was extremely depressing. Service was poor. They make you pay before you enter. I will never return there again.

Wait staff isn't very attentive, but I did have my soda filled up shortly after my cup was empty. I love Lo mein noodles and theirs were very good, as was the beef and broccoli. I grabbed 3 crawfish and 2 of the 3 had gone bad prior to cooking...I would recommend you stay away from them. Was looking forward to having some ice cream just to find that all of the containers with any decent flavors were empty. I would eat here again though.

This place is like something you have seen from an old movies. A dive! Price is cheap. Foods are edible. Service is fine. No host. It's a bargain with a group. For a date is a no no.

The sushi was surprisingly good. The main buffet on the other hand was hit and miss. Eggrolls good, crabrangoon blah. Hot$spur soup was neither hot nor sour. The Mongolian pork was out of this world good. Same goes for the beef and broccoli, the chicken ball... Just avoid it. Over all. I'd come back but I would go out of my way.

Typical buffet experience, but the Mexican music blaring out of kitchen assures me it's not authentic Asian food.

This is one of the best chinese buffets around. All of the food is solid and they have a nice selection. They have sushi, which is about as good as you'd expect from a Chinese Buffet. The deserts suck, but they always do at Chinese buffets.

Good Chinese buffet! Good service! They could be a little better. The good is great! I really like the fish :)

Came here with friends for dinner. The food is great and the place is clean. I love the sushi bar. The sushi is delicious and fresh. I'll recommend this place to all my friends.

This place was a disappointment. We got there around 5. Dinner time when the food should be fresh. But it wasn't. Everything looked like it had been sitting under the heat lamp all day. It didn't taste great either. Definitely not going back.

This is ultimately the best chinese restaurant I have been to in the KC area. I will come again. The food is great, the buffet had a great selection and the service was good. I can't ask for a better Chinese buffet. Awesome.
